Stay home if you are having symptoms of COVID-19 or believe you are sick. Extra guests are not allowed at the time of your appointment due to COVID-19. This includes children.

FOR YOUR SAFETY AND MINES, A FACE MASK MUST BE WORN DURING THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT. PLEASE WASH YOUR HANDS UPON ARRIVAL BEFORE WE BEGIN YOUR SERVICES.

YOU MUST COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN EYELASHES AND YOUR EYE AREA MUST BE FREE OF MAKE-UP AND MOISTURIZER. IF YOUR EYELASHES ARE NOT CLEAN, I WILL ASK THAT YOU SCHEDULE AN EYELASH REMOVAL AND FULL SET APPOINTMENT ON MY WEBSITE.  IT IS IMPORTANT TO PRACTICE SANITATION OF YOUR EYELASHES IN ORDER TO PROMOTE HEALTHY EYELASHES! (I.E. FREE OF BUILD UP, MAKE-UP, ECT). I WILL STAND ON THIS!!!

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT NO MORE THAN 2-3 INFILLS ARE DONE FOR EACH NEW SET OF EYELASHES. Please take care of your eyelash extensions in between infills. (Keep up with your services).

DEPOSITS are required for any services offered. The amount of the deposit will vary depending on the actual service you book. All deposits will apply to the service you have scheduled and the remainder of the amount due will be required at the time of your appointment. 

LAST MINUTE APPTS WILL BE A $30 ADDITIONAL FEE.

You will not receive a fill if you show up to your eye lash appointment with less than 50 percent of your false eyelashes remaining on each eye. (FULL SET WILL BE NEEDED).

Please select the appropriate services when booking your appointment, as I may have multiple appointments scheduled that day, (for example if you had services 2 weeks prior, schedule a 2-week appointment, if it was 3 weeks prior schedule a 3-week appointment). Lashes may require more work if they are not properly taken care of. Each service has a set allotted time.

If your Lash Stylist has not seen you in over a month but still have lashes remaining, PLEASE book for a Full Set at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING: A 24-hour notice (or as soon as possible, if notice is given) is required so that the appointment can be rescheduled. Your deposit will then be applied toward the number of services at the time of the appointment. If I do not get a proper notification of cancellation, you forfeit your deposit and or will be charged a $25 fee if applicable. As to NO CALL NO SHOW appt there will automatically be a $25 fee prior to the appointment.

Late Arrivals: There is a 10min grace period, if you are more than 10-minutes late you will be charged a 15$ late fee. 15- minutes after your appointment will have to be rescheduled. PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME AND I WILL RESPECT YOURS!

I DO NOT work over other technician's work. 

The forms of payment accepted are the following: Debit/Credit, Cash, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo, Pay Pal & Apple Pay.  All credit card transactions will have a $3 processing fee.

All clients must complete a service form.
